EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE CONTINUING TO THE EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION WEB SITE.  YOU MUST HAVE A CONFIRMED BOOTH NUMBER IN ORDER TO REGISTER.
 
  • The credit card authorization form is required to be on file with MC˛ before any badges can be mailed to the main point of contact.  If you do not go over your allotted number of complimentary badges, your credit card will not be charged.
  • Each 10x10 booth will be allowed 2 complimentary badges.  Additional badges will be charged a fee of $25.00 each.  To help determine the amount of complimentary badges you should receive for your space(s) please see table below.
  • All badges for registrations received before August 1st will be mailed to your booth contact.  Badges for registrations received after August 1st will be available for pick up on site.

10'x10' =  2 complimentary badges

10'x20' =  4 complimentary badges

10'x30' =  6 complimentary badges

20'x20' = 8 complimentary badges

 20'x30' = 12 complimentary badges

 20'x40' = 16 complimentary badges

 
  • If you go over your complimentary badge allotment please fill out the credit card authorization form and fax in to the MC˛ Registration Department.  We will not be able to mail your badges without payment on file. Please click below to obtain the form.
